We delivered a research report on future trends to lay the groundwork for strategic scenarios about how the insurance industry could evolve. Building on these scenarios, we hosted an international workshop where participants brainstormed innovative concepts for the new customer journey. The final report brought all these ideas together, outlining a practical roadmap to transform both the customer experience and the organization.

New scenarios for the adoption of emerging technologies

The pandemic pushed insurance companies to make rapid adjustments, and to remain competitive, they continued to evolve their business models, anticipating technological advancements and social changes. 

Throughout the project, building on the ongoing shifts, we analyzed various behavioral, climatic, travel, and technological trends, leveraging generative artificial intelligence to support our research. The use of AI enabled us to explore new possibilities and design advanced pathways for the adoption of emerging technologies.

The role of generative AI in the transition from narrative to visual assets

In the project, we leveraged generative artificial intelligence to support research, craft the narrative, and develop a visual language aligned with the outlined strategic scenarios. Thanks to Gen AI, we were able to create all the visual assets needed to effectively represent the innovation and technological possibilities explored. We ensured strong stylistic and conceptual consistency between the designed scenarios and the visual identity, effectively communicating the envisioned future of these services.
